"Kappa no Sasoimizu"
"Kappa no Sasoimizu" is based on Satsuma sweet potatoes, which are soaked in the nature of south Japan. They are slowly brewed over a long time in the large casks of Kyoya Traditional Brewery. The resulting elixir is the perfect compliment to all kinds of dishes, since it has a characteristic soft depth that does not intrude on the pallet. "Kappa no Sasoi Mizu" translates directly to English as !EThe Pump Priming Water of the Water Imps!E but in Japanese bares metaphorical connotations of sexual seduction. We hope that you enjoy this "Fun with food shouchu". It is best served straight or on the rocks.
