When brewing Kameshizuku –Kiwami–, we are very particular about ingredients. We steadfastly refuse to use agricultural chemicals on our ingredients. Instead, we use Miyazaki Beni sweet potatoes grown at our subsidiary agricultural production company, Aguri Company Ltd., using organic fertilisers as the main ingredient and use only the best organically-grown Aigamo rice for our malt rice. We use the finest black rice malt in order to create a refined taste bursting with quality and luxury. On top of that, your order will be sent to you in a special wooden box, containing a marble jar of Kameshizuku –Kiwami– and a marble hishaku ladle.
