When producing this shouchu, brewer’s rice for refined sake, called “Yamadanishiki”, is carefully polished and is used as rice malt. This rare and special shouchu is brewed using sweet potatoes from Miyazaki Prefecture that are fermented leisurely in traditional large “Kame” casks. We hope that you enjoy its mellow and refreshingly crisp taste. Recommended on the rocks.
