When brewing Samurai Dance Green Label, we are very particular about ingredients. We steadfastly refuse to use agricultural chemicals on our ingredients. Instead, we use Murasaki Masari purple sweet potatoes and Aigamo rice grown by ourselves at our subsidiary agricultural production company, Aguri Company Ltd., using our own organic fertilisers. The 2009 Mode Selection gold award-winning Green Label is distilled at a low temperature for a light and delicate taste just like that of a fine wine.
